Simple recipe for a light and little time consuming dish: heat olive oil in a pan, fry beef in the highly hot pan for few minutes, add in some salt then set them aside on a plate; fry also shortly water cress with some garlic and salt until the vegetable reduces its volume and slightly turns to yellow; bring back the beef very shortly in the pan, mix with vegetable; it's done, serve the dish in a medium-deep plate and have it hot.
