Bun' ngan voi mang( - my favourite :-D.

And the below is my reply on 20th of February 2013 (well, I was for some time not active on flickr):

Thank you for your email. I apologize for my very delayed reply. I am glad that you like the photo of "bun' ngan". It is no problem if you like to use the photo for a menu of a restaurant in HCMC.
Maybe I can visit the restaurant one day as well. If you have a link about the restaurant, I would be interested to know.
